Using PropertyPulse

By using a PropertyPulse contact form or dashboard, you agree to these terms.

No guarantee of outcome

AI replies are drafts, not binding commitments. Property managers are responsible for confirming every inquiry.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's Billing page — there is no contract and no cancellation fee.

Canceling stops future billing, but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period: your PropertyPulse assistant stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and then turns off. Payments already made are non-refundable, including partial months or partial years.

Liability

PropertyPulse and Flexthropic LLC are not liable for missed inquiries, delayed responses, or AI reply errors. Provided "as is."
